At Natasha AK, we want you to love your purchases. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we offer an easy return process within 14 days of receiving your items.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Non-returnable items include final sale products, accessories, and undergarments.
  • We do not offer exchanges at this time.
  • Returns are for store credit only.
  • Return Shipping Fee: A $10.00 flat rate return shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit.


    Follow these simple steps to initiate a return:

    1. Log in to Your Account:

      • Click the profile icon in our store's navigation or visit this Accounts Page.
      • In the "Email" field, enter your email address and click Continue.
      • Check your email for a six-digit verification code from Natasha AK.
      • Return to the store, and enter the six-digit code to log in.

    2. Select Your Order:

      • After logging in, choose the order you want to return.

    3. Select Items for Return:

      • If the order contains multiple items, choose the ones you wish to return.

    4. Provide Return Details:

      • Select the reason for return and leave any notes for our team.

    5. Submit Your Request:

      • Click Submit Request to complete the return process.

    What Happens Next?

    • Return Approval & Shipping Instructions:
      If your return request is approved, you’ll receive an email with shipping instructions and a return label.

    • Store Credit:
      Once we receive and inspect the item(s), you will receive store credit in the form of a gift card via email. Store credit can be used for future purchases and does not expire.

    Shipping Costs

    • A $10 flat rate return shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. If so, please contact us at shopnatashaak@gmail.com for assistance.
