- Orders are processed within 5-7 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- Processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotions.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times (U.S. Only):
- Standard Shipping: (5-7 business days) $10
- Expedited Shipping: Not offered at this time.
- Free standard shipping on all orders over $99.
Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays.
Shipping Restrictions:
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Lost or Stolen Packages: Natasha AK is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we recommend contacting the carrier directly for further assistance.
